FAQ
Before you book
What do players need?
A phone or laptop with a modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. There is nothing to download. Each player joins on their own device from wherever they are, and a stable connection is all it takes.
How many matches does each person play?
Up to 12 people play each 90-second match, and matches run back to back. Players rotate: after a match they go back to the lobby and sit out the next one, so everyone gets a break. The per-player estimate assumes that rhythm.
How soon can we play?
Today, if the arena is free. Every half hour between 8 AM and 8 PM your time can be booked, up to the very next half hour.
How much lag is there?
Typical glass-to-glass latency is about 150–250 ms over normal broadband or 5G. The page checks each player's connection before the session, and players on very slow links are warned ahead of time.
What if a turret fails?
Staff monitor all 12 turrets live. If one fails, that player moves to a spare turret or gets a replacement match. If we can't complete your session, you get a make-up session or a refund for the unplayed matches.
